At Blueprint, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and experiences for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter in a fair and transparent manner.

If you have not yet had a blood draw or received any results within 30 days of starting your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] with your subscription order details and the reason for cancellation. Please note that all refunds and cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your subscription has renewed, contact us within 30 days of your renewal date.

Once any blood has been collected, we are unable to issue a refund. You will have 2–6 months to schedule your follow-up draw.

If any results are missing or lab errors are reported, you may return to the lab free of charge using your original requisition form to have missing biomarkers redrawn at no additional cost.

Blueprint monitors refund activity to prevent abuse and reserves the right to limit refunds and credits at our discretion.
