If you run into an error while registering your kit, the first thing to check is the alphanumeric code (the hash of letters and numbers). It's easy to mistake a 0 for an O or a 1 for an I, so double-check each character.

If you still see an error after confirming the code, email us at b[email protected]. We may ask you to send the registration details or a screenshot of the registration page so we can manually register the sample on our end.
