After signing up, you'll be prompted to schedule your first lab visit at Quest Diagnostics. With locations nationwide, you can choose one near you and book a date and time that works best for you.

Once all of your baseline results are finalized, including your urinalysis, you'll be able to schedule your follow-up blood draw right from your account. You can book it anytime from 60 days up to 6 months after that point, and your dashboard will show a countdown to your eligibility date.

The countdown begins only after every baseline result is finalized, urinalysis included, so your eligibility date may land a little later than 60 days from the day of your draw.
