You'll pay for your subscription using your normal debit or credit card.

Once you are signed up and start your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation with a link at the top to take a quick health survey.

A licensed provider will review your answers to determine if you're eligible for HSA/FSA spending. If eligible, you'll receive your Letter of Medical Necessity in 1 to 2 days.

You can use this Letter of Medical Necessity and your receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
