Blood panels help you determine a baseline of your whole body health, from hormones and nutrients to organs and metabolic health. By testing and re-testing regularly, you will know the overall direction of your health with concrete data about yoursel

Where are labs available?

Blueprint has partnered with Labcorp to provide over 3,500 testing locations in the USA. You can search for labs near you here.

Is insurance involved?

We do not accept insurance, however we will soon be FSA/HSA eligible, like other products in our store. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.

How often should I re-test?

We recommend testing every 6-12 months to see how your biomarkers are changing. We recommend every 3 months if you are making more drastic lifestyle changes or doing active interventions.

Do I need to fast before the test?

It is strongly recommended that you fast for 12 hours before the test.

How is my data being handled?

Labcorp, the lab doing the testing, is CLIA certified and HIPAA compliant, ensuring the highest standards of data security and patient confidentiality. By using this service, you agree to the terms of the telehealth consent and HIPAA authorization.

Where are your lab services available?

Currently, we do not offer lab services in New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Hawaii due to geographic restrictions and state-level regulations. You can sign up to be notified when we launch in these states.

How long does it take to receive results?

You will receive your results within 4-6 weeks via email and through the Don't Die mobile app (if you use the same email address for both services). We provide a video tutorial showing how to access your test status and results

Do you provide interpretation of the test results?

No, we do not provide results interpretation. However, you can take your labs to a healthcare provider such as WildHealth. You can sign up for a WildHealth concierge medicine membership using code BJ10.

Is there an age requirement for testing?

Yes, you must be 18 or older to register and use our tests. We do not accept parent or guardian consent for minors.

Do you offer international testing services?

No, we currently do not service any labs internationally due to operational and regulatory reasons. You can sign up to be notified when we launch in your country by visiting our website and adding your country information.

Can I purchase the test for others?

Yes, you can purchase a blood test for someone else, but only one Basic or Advanced Blood Test can be purchased per order. Each test taker must enter a unique email address in the "Additional Information" form. Using the same email for multiple peopl
