How do I pause or cancel my treatment?Updated 11 days ago

You can pause or cancel your treatment anytime. In your account dashboard, select the treatment you want to change, then choose to pause or cancel it.

If you need a break but plan to come back, pausing is the easier option: it keeps your prescription on file, so you can resume without starting over.

Pausing your treatment:
Pausing puts your treatment on hold without canceling it. Choose Pause treatment, and it moves to your Inactive list, where you can pick back up anytime with the one-click Resume treatment button. We'll send a confirmation email whenever your treatment is paused or resumed, and your renewal reminder emails also include an option to pause.

Some treatments aren't eligible for pausing. If yours isn't, the Pause treatment option won't appear for it.

Resuming your treatment:
When you're ready to start again, choose Resume treatment. If a refill is already due at the time you resume, it will ship right away.

Skipping a single shipment:
If you just need to skip your next delivery rather than pause, contact our support team in your account or email us at [email protected], and we can skip that shipment for you, if eligible.

Canceling your treatment:
If you'd rather stop entirely, choose Cancel for that treatment. This will cancel your treatment and the associated subscription.

A few things to know:

  • Pausing won't stop a shipment that has already been sent to the pharmacy.
  • If your treatment remains paused for an extended period, your prescription may expire. If that happens, you'll need to complete a new intake form before you can resume.
