If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery so we can help. Go to your Account tab and click on Contact Customer Support, or email us at [email protected].

To help us process your request quickly, please include a description of the damage and photos of the packaging and the affected medication. Our team will review your request and advise on next steps.
